SMS Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number or engaging with our messages, you agree to these terms.

Program description. MCK GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC sends occasional text messages to property owners regarding local real estate market activity, recent sales, and estimated property values in their area. Messages are sent by Braden McKinnon, a licensed New York real estate salesperson affiliated with R New York.

Message frequency. Message frequency varies. You will typically receive a limited number of messages and only as relevant to your property or local market.

Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. MCK GLOBAL HOLDINGS LLC does not charge for the messages themselves.

Opt-out. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, you will receive one confirmation message and will not receive further texts unless you opt back in. You may also reply UNSUBSCRIBE or contact us directly at braden@wernewyork.com to be removed.

Carrier disclaimer. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Information we collect. We collect contact information (name, mailing address, property address, phone number, and email) from public property records and licensed real estate data providers, as well as any information you provide directly to us.

How we use it. We use this information solely to contact property owners about real estate market information and services — to send relevant market updates and to respond to your inquiries.

Sharing. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Mobile information is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared only with service providers who help us operate our messaging (such as our SMS platform), and only to deliver our own communications to you.

Your choices. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP. You may request that we delete your information by contacting us at braden@wernewyork.com.
